SBIR Phase II Interim – Revised Budget

Hi! I am trying to revise our remaining budget 6-24 months to 6-12 months (reduced by a year!). Has anyone seen or had experience to how this works? OUr PI will be receiving our 0-6 months interim report soon and then the revised budgets for 0-6 and 6-12. If they approve it, will the gov fund the remaining 70% at once?

Hi Kat,

Revisions to budget timelines are considered on a case-by-case basis by the granting agency. It is important to reach out to the PO to ask if the agency would be willing to consider your request for the accelerated timeline.
