Dynamiko Pharmaceutics
Dynamiko Pharmaceutics, LLC is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of selective, targeted anticancer therapeutics derived from natural products. Founded by Dr. Michelle M. Martinez (President) and Dr. Fatima Rivas (Co-founder and Vice President), the company is driven by a mission to provide lifesaving therapeutic alternatives that improve patient survivorship and quality of life. Dynamiko's current pipeline focuses on the development of bioactive compounds derived from medicinal mushrooms, with a particular emphasis on aggressive breast cancers including triple-negative and inflammatory breast cancer. Combining expertise in natural product chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, molecular biology, and cancer pharmacology, Dynamiko Pharmaceutics bridges academic drug discovery with translational development to advance effective and affordable cancer therapies toward the clinic.

Immortyx Therapeutics
Immortyx Therapeutics is building the next generation of cell therapy for solid tumors. Our CA-AMPK metabolic engineering platform programs metabolic fitness directly into T cells, enabling them to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment that drives immunotherapy failure. Founded on research published in Nature Cancer (2022), we are developing therapies that persist longer, kill tumors more effectively, and eliminate the need for toxic cytokine support. Because CA-AMPK is modular by design, it can be integrated into TIL, CAR-T, TCR-T, or NK cells, transforming how cancer is treated with living medicines.

OnPurpose Integrative Care
OnPurpose Integrative Care (operating legally as OnPurpose Mobile Lab Services LLC) is a hybrid healthtech ecosystem built exclusively to support oncology patients and streamline the cancer care journey. At the center of its digital strategy is FoodAura—an AI-powered oncology nutrition and wellness platform designed for cancer patients in medically underserved communities. Founded by a cancer survivor for those surviving cancer daily, the company is deeply rooted in lived experience and a firsthand understanding of the nutritional gaps patients face during and after treatment. By integrating FoodAura with an on-the-ground network of specialized health businesses and operational logistics, OnPurpose seamlessly bridges digital oncology management with real-world clinical execution to radically improve patient access and deliver a unified, data-driven care experience.

Molariti
Molariti, a Cambridge, MA-based company, is developing a programmable nanoscale biosensor platform for early cancer detection through direct, single-molecule analysis of circulating tumor DNA and other biomarkers without amplification or sequencing. The technology is designed to overcome the cost, speed, complexity, and sensitivity limitations of current liquid biopsy approaches, delivering rapid molecular analysis in a fully integrated sample-to-answer workflow. Sensation, Molariti's lead product, is being developed to enable high-sensitivity ctDNA detection across oncology applications, including treatment selection, early detection, and disease monitoring. Molariti's mission is to make early cancer detection more accessible and affordable for everyone.

Adeos Bio
Adeos Bio, Inc. is a biotechnology start-up founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in May 2026 focused on improving quality of life for people living with hereditary polyposis syndromes such as familial adenomatous polyposis. The company is developing targeted immunotherapies designed to reduce disease burden and the lifelong medical challenges faced by FAP patients who currently have limited therapeutic options. Adeos Bio is committed to delivering meaningful treatments to this underserved community. The co-founders bring end-to-end expertise in vaccine and immunotherapy development, spanning in silico design, preclinical proof-of-concept, cGMP manufacturing, and IND-enabling regulatory strategy.

Streamtrix
Streamtrix, LLC is an early-stage healthcare technology company developing an AI-powered decision-support tool for predicting brain tumor progression and refining treatment planning. The company’s initial focus is Glioblastoma, using advanced imaging and machine learning to translate complex data into actionable clinical insights. Streamtrix aims to support clinicians with tools that improve visualization, progression-risk stratification, and treatment-planning workflows for patients with Glioblastoma.

Intracure
Intracure is a preclinical-stage oncology company developing BIQ-2129, a first-in-class small molecule inhibitor of eukaryotic elongation factor-2 kinase (eEF2K) — a tumor adaptation enzyme overexpressed in triple-negative breast cancer that has long resisted drug development due to its atypical kinase structure. BIQ-2129 has demonstrated 50-95% tumor growth inhibition and ~85% reduction in lung metastases in preclinical models, both as a monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy. The company was founded by Dr. Bulent Ozpolat, a physician-scientist (MD, PhD) with over 15 years of dedicated eEF2K research and a track record of peer-reviewed publications in top oncology journals, and Dr. Handan Acar, a cancer researcher-turned-entrepreneur with expertise in targeted drug development. Intracure is currently completing IND-enabling studies and preparing its first NCI SBIR Phase I application, supported by a scientific advisory board with leading oncology expertise.

AIBIOTERA
Built on decades of foundational academic research, AIBIOTERA is an early-stage, San Diego-based biotech startup developing targeted therapeutics for aggressive cancers and complex regenerative diseases. With an initial focus on triple-negative breast cancer, our ultimate mission is to eradicate the root cause of tumor recurrence where traditional standards of care fail. We achieve this by utilizing a core platform technology that combines a proprietary, cancer stem cell epitope-recognizing antibody with a proven cytotoxicity payload to accelerate therapeutic development and optimize patient outcomes. The founding team is led by accomplished scientists with deep backgrounds in cancer biology and clinical development. Together, we are dedicated to advancing novel discoveries into clinically meaningful therapeutics, and help turns terminal diagnoses into manageable, curative outcomes.

Calara Health
Calara Health is a digital health company building the operational coordination infrastructure for cancer care delivery. Founded by Dr. Sherise Rogers, MD, MBA, MPH — a practicing GI Medical Oncologist — Calara™ monitors every required pre-treatment step for rectal cancer patients and alerts the right care team member before a stall causes a delay, without requiring EHR integration at deployment. Beginning with rectal cancer and expanding across GI oncology and all solid tumors, Calara standardizes care delivery and ensures every patient receives the same systematic workup regardless of program size or staffing.

ERIS Biotech
Eris Biotech is developing small-molecule immuno-oncology drugs by blocking exosome biogenesis. Tumor exosomes are an underexplored pathway that tumors use to evade the immune system. Blocking tumor exosome biogenesis activates a potent antitumor response and an effective cancer therapy. Eris Bio was founded by two PhD scientists with deep expertise in drug development and immunology. Drawing on their unique insights into exosome biology, they’ve developed a new class of immunotherapy that mimics the effects of checkpoint inhibitors while avoiding many of their limitations. Their lead candidate has shown no toxicity in early studies, significant tumor growth inhibition, favorable pharmacokinetics, and the ease of oral dosing. They are partnered with Memorial Sloan Cancer Center as they prepare with clinic.
