We submitted an STTR last time, now we plan to address the questions and resubmit it, can we switch from STTR (last time) to SBIR for resubmission?

What agency is this for? We highly recommend that you reach out to the program officer assigned to you for your original submission to discuss your options. Typically, you are allowed to switch from STTR to SBIR, as long as you meet the other qualifying criteria for SBIR/STTR submissions.
