    Hello
    For NIH grant draw-downs from the Payment Management System, is there a requirement for the $ drawn-down to be disbursed within 3 business days? The PMS website says that, but I’ve heard from others that NIH doesn’t care about the 3 days. I’m confused by this. Could you kindly clarify?

    Hello Shoba,
    Thanks for your question.
    The drawdowns that you make from the Payment Management System should be to reimburse costs incurred. The funding should be disbursed within the 3 business day period.
